Founded in 2016 Jollity was conceptualized by industry professionals who wanted to apply the skillset they were taught with the food they dreamt of. Jollity opened its doors in 2021.

Inspired by food, drink, people, and the experiences that helped shape them; with the help of local farmers and artisans from abroad Jollity aims to create eclectic hospitality for all to celebrate.
